You will find us in El Castillo, the village on Arenal Volcano's quiet southwestern side, a few minutes' walk from Lake Arenal — close enough to La Fortuna for every tour and hot spring, far enough that the rainforest at night is the loudest thing you hear.
The lodge is one building of about 6,000 square feet across four levels, so your group stays together instead of scattering across separate houses. Two of the rooms — the Jaguar and the Monkey — have their own entrances from outside, which gives them the privacy of a casita.

The location
Most places to stay in La Fortuna are hotels and resorts where you book rooms alongside strangers. The Majestic Lodge is the whole building, for one group — the largest home under one roof in or around La Fortuna, on the west side of Arenal Volcano near Lake Arenal.
Everything people come to this part of Costa Rica for is within reach: the La Fortuna waterfall, the hot springs, the hanging bridges, zip lines, rafting, and sloths in the trees.
Green season

Breakfast is included with your booking. Beyond that, we can take the logistics off your hands entirely — the reason most groups book direct with us rather than through a listing site.
Rates
That covers the entire lodge and breakfast for up to 16 people. Above 16, it is $20 per person per day — which covers their breakfast, linens and toiletries.
At a full house of 33 that works out near $51 per person per night, with your own bathroom.
