One price for the entire lodge — all 10 bedrooms, all 13 bathrooms, the pool, the deck and the grounds. One group at a time. No other guests.

The per-person charge above 16 covers that guest's breakfast, linens and toiletries — it is a cost pass-through, not a markup.

At a full house that is roughly the price of a mid-range hotel room per person — except everyone has their own bathroom, you have a kitchen, a pool and a deck, and there is nobody else on the property.

About $142 a night less — roughly $994 across a week. You also get a person to talk to rather than a message thread. The one-time $350 cleaning fee applies either way, so the saving above is the guest service fee you are not paying.
Platform fees vary by booking and season; 15% is typical. Compare on the day and you will see it.

The Majestic Lodge is rented whole. That is the business, and most dates are taken by a group months in advance.
Individual rooms are not generally available. Within 60 days of arrival, if no group has taken the property for those dates, we open the remaining rooms as a bed & breakfast rather than leave them empty. Each has its own bathroom and breakfast is included.
If you are planning further ahead than that, the whole property is the option — and if you are a group, it is the one you want anyway.
