We can run the whole trip

Most La Fortuna all-inclusive resorts sell you a room in a hotel. We give your group the entire lodge and then take the logistics off your hands — the food, the driving, the airport runs and the excursion bookings.

Breakfast, cooked here, for up to 16 guests (it is an additional $20 per guest per day for parties larger than 16 guests)

The Presidential Package

Everything bundled, priced to match your booking: all food, airport transportation, the use of our vehicles throughout the stay, and up to six massages for the group.

For a group of twenty or more this is usually cheaper than sourcing the same services piecemeal, and it means one invoice instead of nine.

Why this matters more for a group

Two people can rent a car and improvise. Twenty cannot. Somebody has to book four activities around a shared calendar, work out who is driving which vehicle on which day, find restaurants that can seat eighteen, and get everyone to the airport on time at the end.

That job normally lands on one person in the group, who then spends their holiday administering it. We do it instead — that is the actual product.
