Tell us when you're coming and how many of you there are. We'll confirm availability, give you an exact total, and answer anything you want to know before you commit.

Worth telling us up front

• Your dates, and how flexible they are
• How many people, and roughly the mix — couples, families, children
• Whether you want the whole property or individual rooms
• Which airport you'd fly into, if you want transfers
• What the trip is for — a retreat, a reunion, a wedding, an adventure week

That last one matters most. It tells us which rooms to put whom in, and what to arrange before you land.
